I had an outstanding experience at Illustradent One Plains in White Plains. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for in a very professional environment. Dr. Sha is absolutely wonderful. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure I feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out, and I appreciate the genuine care she provides. I also want to recognize Bianca, the hygienist, for doing such an amazing job. She was gentle, thorough, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease during my appointment. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. This was my personal experience, and I could not be more pleased with the level of care and attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Shah, Bianca, and the staff for anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and caring dental office.

Very unprofessional experience. When you try to call the office, you can only reach an AI system instead of a real person. It takes a message and says they will call you back, but no one ever does.The only way to get answers is to go there in person, which should not be necessary. On top of that, they charge the maximum amount possible for services, which feels very misleading. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment. Ask them about the treatment plan and you will see. Start to ask other dentist offices you will get reasonable price. Uneducated front desk !!! I want to clarify a few important points. I did not call outside of normal business hours. I called your office three separate times during regular work hours and did not receive a return call. Because of that, I was forced to leave my job during the workday and come to the office in person, which cost me time and inconvenience that could have been avoided with a simple callback. Regarding pricing, I fully understand how dental insurance works, including copays and plan limitations. This is not a misunderstanding of insurance coverage. The staff is amazing! Dr. Williams is phenomenal! His expertise and knowledge are incredible. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to finally find a dentist that cares about you and not trying to take advantage of your insurance.

First time going and definitely will be making Illustradent my new dental office. All staff who I interacted with today were superb. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth as well as explaining things to me. The doctor did well letting me know what he is going to keep his eyes out on for the future. Overall, definitely recommend.

Both Shawn and Aileen were very professional and did a great job with my 6 month cleaning and x-rays. Of course the Doctir is always efficient and I highly recommend them. In fact I highly recommend IllustraDent very much. The staff are always very pleasant, hardworking and. Professional.
